3. Payment Policy

• Advance payment may be required for reservation confirmation depending on the event type.

• Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, cash, or other methods accepted by Foodcraft Bhopal.

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the booking date may be eligible for a refund.

• No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the event.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Conduct and Behavior

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the property and staff.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests involved in misconduct, property damage, or disturbance.

6. Use of Photos/Videos

• During events, we may capture photos or videos for promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the staff in advance.

7. Liability

• While we ensure safety and hygiene, Foodcraft Bhopal is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the use of our services.

• Guests are responsible for their belongings.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to change or update these terms at any time. The updated version will be available on this page.
